Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases made through salvatore380.myshopify.com and the remote PC optimization services provided by Salvatore380. By purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy.

1. Services

Salvatore380 provides remote PC diagnostics, troubleshooting and performance optimization. The exact scope depends on the selected service. Hardware overclocking, advanced tuning and BIOS changes are performed only when included in the selected package and considered compatible and appropriate for the system.

2. Eligibility and Authorization

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase in your jurisdiction and must own the PC or have authority to permit remote access and configuration changes.

3. Prices, Checkout and Scheduling

• Service prices shown on the service pages are listed in EUR. The amount presented by Shopify Checkout, including any applicable taxes or localized checkout adjustments, is the amount due for the order.
• Payment is completed through Shopify Checkout and its available payment providers.
• After payment, use the official Discord server to open a ticket and arrange the session. Scheduling depends on availability and is confirmed directly.
• We may decline or postpone work when the requested action is unsafe, incompatible, unlawful or outside the purchased scope.

4. Remote Access and Backups

• You grant temporary remote access solely to perform the agreed service.
• Sessions are normally completed with AnyDesk or another agreed remote-access tool. You can observe the session and terminate remote access.
• You are responsible for backing up important files and closing sensitive applications before the session.
• Existing hardware faults, unstable components, malware, corrupted installations or third-party software can limit what can safely be changed.

5. Performance Results

Performance outcomes vary by hardware, cooling, operating-system condition, drivers, game, settings and starting configuration. Examples shown on the website illustrate individual client results and are not a promise that another PC will achieve the same FPS or percentage improvement.

The satisfaction guarantee is governed by the Refund Policy. It does not create a guarantee of a specific FPS number, latency value, benchmark score or percentage improvement.

6. Hardware and BIOS Tuning

Overclocking and BIOS-level changes can increase power consumption, heat or system instability if hardware limits are exceeded. Where this work is included, settings are selected conservatively and stability/temperature checks are used as appropriate. Compatibility and safe limits differ between systems, and some systems will not be eligible for particular changes.

7. Prohibited Requests

The service does not include cheats, anti-cheat bypasses, DRM circumvention, unauthorized access, malware or other unlawful activity. Requests of that nature will be refused.

8. Tools and Intellectual Property

Scripts, utilities, configurations or other materials specifically provided for personal use remain subject to their stated license or usage restrictions. They may not be redistributed or resold unless expressly permitted.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for claims arising from a specific paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these Terms do not override a consumer's mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent court where such a right applies.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the service, checkout flow or applicable requirements change. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
