Salvatore380 is responsible for the personal data processed directly for these services. Privacy requests can be submitted through the official Discord server.

2. Information We Process

• Order and checkout data: information needed to create and manage your Shopify order, such as contact details, purchased service and transaction status.
• Payment data: payments are handled through Shopify Checkout and the payment providers available there. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
• Support data: Discord username, messages, receipts and information you choose to provide when arranging or troubleshooting a session.
• Remote-session data: system and hardware information reasonably necessary to perform the service. Remote access is used only for the agreed work.
• Website and analytics data: device/browser information, pages and actions on the site, timestamps and technical identifiers may be processed for analytics, security and advertising measurement.

3. Analytics and Advertising

This storefront uses PostHog for product and website analytics. It also contains Meta tracking logic which, when the Meta Pixel is enabled, can send events such as a Discord-login lead to Meta. Remote optimization sessions are performed through an agreed remote-access tool such as AnyDesk. You can observe the session and terminate access. Access is limited to what is reasonably required for diagnostics, configuration and optimization. You should close private applications and back up important data before the session.
