These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website salvatore380.myshopify.com and the PC optimization services provided by Salvatore380 ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Salvatore380 provides manual PC optimization services delivered remotely via TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Services include Windows optimization, FPS improvement, driver configuration, input lag reduction, RAM and CPU tuning, and related performance improvements. All sessions are conducted live, with the client able to observe all actions in real time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the PC you are authorizing us to access belongs to you or you have full authorization to grant remote access to it.

3. Booking and Payment

• All services are paid in full at the time of purchase via Stripe's secure checkout platform.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
• After payment, you must open a ticket on our Discord server to schedule your session. Sessions are typically available within one hour of payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Remote Access

• You grant us temporary, limited remote access to your PC solely for the purpose of performing the optimization service you have purchased.
• All remote access is conducted via TeamViewer or AnyDesk. You remain in full control at all times and may terminate the session instantly.
• We will only access system settings, drivers, and configuration files necessary to perform the optimization. We will not access, copy, or transmit personal files, documents, passwords, browser history, or any private data.
• You are responsible for backing up your data before the session begins. While our optimizations are safe and reversible, we cannot be held responsible for data loss resulting from pre-existing system instability.

5. Results and Guarantee

• We guarantee a measurable improvement in PC performance following each session. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will reconnect and continue working at no additional cost.
• Actual FPS improvements vary depending on your hardware, existing system configuration, and the games you play. Results shown on our website are from real client sessions and are not guaranteed for every user.
• Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we will not close a session until you confirm the improvement. If, after our best efforts, you remain unsatisfied, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Gain an unfair advantage in online games that violates the terms of service of those games
• Bypass any software protections, DRM, or anti-cheat systems
• Engage in any illegal activity

We provide legitimate system-level Windows optimizations only. We do not install cheats, hacks, or unauthorized modifications to games.

7. Intellectual Property

Any scripts, toolkits, or optimization tools provided as part of our Premium package are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or share them with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salvatore380 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." While we make every effort to deliver the best possible results, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free or that your system will achieve any specific performance benchmark beyond what is covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
