I use TeamViewer or AnyDesk, both industry-standard remote tools. You see everything I do on your screen at all times. You can end the session instantly at any point.
No. Remote tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk give you full control — you see everything I do live. I only access system settings, drivers, and configuration files relevant to performance. Nothing personal is touched.
That has never happened, but if it did I would reconnect and keep working at no extra cost. The session is not over until you confirm your PC is performing better.

Yes. All optimizations are applied at the system level and survive driver updates, Windows updates, and reboots. The only thing that resets them is a full Windows reinstall — even then, open a ticket and I'll re-apply everything at no cost.
